Black Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups black raspberries

  • 2 cups honey

  • 1 package liquid Certo

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Wash and drain the black raspberries or use frozen.

  2. In a saucepan, combine black raspberries, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a boil.

  4. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the jam thickens, stirring occasionally.

  5. Take the saucepan off the heat and let the jam cool for a few minutes.

  6. Transfer the jam into sterilized jars and allow them to cool completely before sealing.

Remember to sterilize your jars properly before filling them with jam to ensure longer shelf life. Enjoy your homemade jams!
