Peanut Butter Cookies (Gluten-Free, 3 Ingredients)

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well combined.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheets.

Using a fork, gently press down on each cookie ball to create a crisscross pattern.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
